Scarlet Lady embarked on its maiden voyage in 2020, setting sail from its home port of Miami, Florida. It was the first vessel on the Virgin Voyages fleet, paving the the way for its sister ships: Valiant Lady, Resilient Lady, and Brilliant Lady.
The Scarlet Lady is luxurious cruiser boasts over 1,404 cabins, designed to accommodate up to 2,762 guests and a dedicated crew of 1,150 members. Each cabin reflects a unique blend of style and comfort with 86% of them featuring a terrace with Virgin Voyage’s signature hammock. And like all Virgin Voyages ships, the Scarlet Lady distinguishes itself with an “adults-only” concept.
Onboard, guests can indulge in over 20 eateries, ranging from upscale dining experiences at The Wake and Extra Virgin to casual street food. Entertainment is redefined with the ship’s groundbreaking offerings, including a tattoo parlor and a curated festival-like lineup of music and performances. With a focus on wellness, the ship features an expansive fitness center, outdoor yoga, and a running track. The Scarlet Lady is also noted for its eco-friendly initiatives, such as banning single-use plastics and utilizing Climeon technology to convert engine waste heat into electricity.
