Who can attend PlanYourVoyage’s Monthly Virtual Cruise Night?

First-time Sailors and PlanYourVoyage’s existing clients are eligible to join our monthly Virgin Voyages Virtual Cruise Nights (VCN).

Groups: If you’re planning to book eight (8) or more cabins, please contact me to arrange a private Virtual Cruise Night for you and your crew.

What do I need to do?

Register to join the virtual presentation and book a cruise within a week to get all the Sailor Loot!

Sailors can attend two (2) PlanYourVoyages Virtual Cruise Nights per year and must be ready to book your cruise within seven (7) days after the session to get the Virtual Cruise Night Sailor Loot.

If you book after seven (7) days, you will not get any of the VCN Sailor Loot but you can still get my $100 First Mate Sailor Loot on Sea Terraces and RockStar Suites, and $200 PlanYourVoyage Sailor Loot for Mega RockStar cabins.

There are a few requirements:

  • Your camera must be on. This is an interactive presentation and Q&A so we expect you to be present for the entire 45-minute session.
  • This is for new bookings only. If you already have a cruise booked, you can join a future session when you’re ready to book another one!
  • You must confirm your booking with a deposit or full payment no more than seven (7) days after the session to get the VCN Sailor Loot. No exceptions.
  • VCN and First Mate Sailor Loot are not combinable with My Next Virgin Voyages (MNVV) bookings.
  • Lock-it-In, Casino, Interline, and other discounted rates are excluded. Again, no exceptions.
  • PlanYourVoyage’s Sailor Loot will be added to Mega RockStars account within 45 days of the voyage departure date.
  • Sailors can attend two (2) PlanYourVoyages Virtual Cruise Nights per year. Do not register unless you’re 100% sure you can attend — no shows will count as one session.
